Astoria
- Astoria High Auditorium - The Little Ballet Theatre of Clatsop County presents "The Nutcracker" accompanied by an 45 member orchestra and 18 member choir. The production includes guest artists and 120 talented dancers from the Clatsop County area. Performances will be held at the Astoria High School auditorium 1001 west marine drive, Astoria, Oregon and in Cannon Beach. This production was featured on the NBC Today show in 1984 and is a true grass roots production of this timeless story. Information: 503-738-5983
Canaby
- Willamette Ballet Academy offers it's 26th season of "The Nutcracker" at the Canby Fine Arts Center, Saturday, Dec. 20, at 7:00 p.m. in Canby, Oregon.
A full production with sets and costumes, this production offers the traditional story of Clara and her Nutcracker Prince's journey to the Lands of Snow and Candy. Come see twirling snowflakes, dancing bears and a whole land of international treats!! An excellent show for children and adults alike with special effects and skilled dancers.
Tickets are $10 at the door, but it is our suggestion that one purchases tickets early through Cutsforth's Thriftway to secure seating.

"A Nutcracker Tea" is an abridged, family-friendly adaptation of the Nutcracker ballet for
